How do I enter my initials?
Please enter your initials or Personalization exactly as you would like to see it on your product.  
Traditional Monograms are in the order of
* First Initial, Last Initial, Middle or Maiden Initial for females
* First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Initial for males
Can I pick up my order locally instead of paying for shipping?
If it were possible we would but unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer local pickup.  We have done everything we can to offer affordable shipping.  Please feel free to contact us about a free shipping coupon.
Can I change my order?
Due to the volume of orders we receive once an order is placed into production we are unable to change it.  Please double and triple check your order information before submitting it.
What is your return policy?
Because of the customized nature of our products we are unable to accept returns.
My order is wrong what do I do?
If we made a mistake on your order don't worry.  We will fix it.  Please contact us at info@SouthernBelleMonograms.com
Please note, we cannot replace items for free unless the mistake was made by us. For example, if you placed your order but you chose the wrong color thread on the order, we will not replace it for free. Typically in a situation where the customer made an ordering mistake what we can do is just charge the customer for the item at a discounted price plus postage to remake and send the item.
What is your turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround time is 2-14 business days (M-F)  Depending on what you have ordered.  Our fine jewelry can take up to 6 weeks because it is all hand cut, while our monogrammed bags and engraved mens items generally only take a few days to get through production.  Please note that this does not include shipping time which can add an additional few days.
Can I get a bulk order discount?
Absolutely!  Everyone has a different idea of a 'bulk order' so please contact us at info@SouthernBelleMonograms.com and let us know how many of what item you will need and we will get you a quote.
Can I see a proof of what I am ordering?
Unfortunately not.  The reason we are unable to show you what your product will look like is because so many of the items on our website are created in multiple locations with different types of software. You would be unable to open the monogram file to view it on your computer.
